The quintessential perfume for those in their youth, who new not what, perfume was, or what, information technology was supposed to be. Everyone wore this, in my high school. It was cheap. Information technology was everywhere. It was "rubber". No overt sexuality in its flowers. Nothing screamed, slut! If one tin detect a vintage bottle, then I suggest you experience information technology. It was a sign of the times. Innocence in a pinkish-capped canteen. It was so popular, it was one of the almost shop-lifted items, of that era (at to the lowest degree in my 'burg). Zippo most it, IMO, resembled infants or babies. It had an added "oomph". This smells similar a sweeter, stronger version of Johnson's Baby Powder. Very fresh, sweeeeet powder. The sugariness has a candy edge that prevents me (I am in my mid 30s) from wearing this in public; it might seem a bit cool. I like it as a bedtime aroma; it's non potent enough to proceed me awake, and the powder is calming. There is supposed to be some patchouli in hither, merely I can't find information technology. I still have a small bottle for memories sake. I enjoyed this as a very young kid and I find the smell comforting. Sometimes I will wear it around the house or spray it on my pillow earlier going to bed.

Yes, it was marketed to young women (actually young) in the 1970'due south and was wildly popular with the jr. high set. Simply, different other inexpensive "drug store" fragrance concoctions, Love's Baby Soft never smelled cheap. That information technology'southward still floating around out there is a testament to its universal entreatment: talcum powder, babies, sweetness, innocence, spring flowers and lite-heartedness. What's wrong with that? Unfortunately nosotros become brainwashed by marketing (especially with perfume) that a smell is only meant for a certain demographic. I say, Balderdash! I'm wearing it right now, and I'm a grown human! Absolutely an audacious one. I have e'er loved the soft, gentle, feminine allure of dearest's babe soft. I am very sensitive to a lot of perfumes and I used to wearable this in high school and even as a young adult. I would yet wear it now and information technology wouldn't bother me one bit. My hubby likes information technology as well.
This is i of my favorite fragrances of all. I've been wearing it since loftier school and I'm thirty at present, still get compliments and asked what I'm wearing. Infant Soft blows Pink Sugar out of the water and is sweet but not nearly as overpowering as PS, plus it'due south about $30 cheaper. Men love it too.
